I've just realised how few posts I've made to this over the past few months and it's pathetic! Ok, so here's another resolution to break... I solemnly promise to write more in my blog this year than I did last year, or the year before for that matter.

 

This year's adventure is going to be the 2CV world meeting in Sweden. Yeah, Sweden! I wanted to go via Moscow, St Petersburg and Nordkapp but at the moment it looks more likely that it will be via Berlin, Warsaw, Villnius, Riga, Tallinn and Helsinki (That's on the way) and via Copenhagen, Hamburg, and Brussels on the way back.

 

I don't want it to turn in to a collection of capital cities without actually seeing anything, but 4000 miles in 3 weeks means that it will be travelling for miles at a time on some days. I have every intention of driving through France and Germany as fast as I can, slowing down once the Polish border is reached.

 

If you read this and can offer some helpful advice about Poland, the Baltic states or Scandinavia please add a comment. The last time I attempted to go this way Bob wasn't feeling too good and I had to rebuild my engine in Holland with Bruno's help.
